MARTI GYO (REIT) is a company that was established by Martı Group to manage its investments in real estate sector, and the main investment sectors of the company will be real estates in tourism and residential estates. Currently, the company has a large hotel and a marina. The investments of the company are Çerkezköy housing project, a large hotel in Sarıgerme and two hotels in Ayın Bay and Hisarönü Marina.
The company does not limit its investments in the near future with these projects, and is trying to develop new projects especially on housing and tourism areas, and is evaluating the projects that are offered to the company. After the investments that are foreseen to be completed by the end of 2008 are done, the company will watch the investment opportunities on hotel and housing projects closely and focus its work on these projects.
