i.Martı Myra
This is one of Martı Group's most popular tourism facility with the highest bed capacity. The vacation village that is located in Tekirova-Kemer region with 545 rooms and 1209 bed capacity, is built on a land of 89,258 m2 and has 46,940 m2 of closed area. It is right next to the sea, between Phaselis and Olympos antique cities and located across from Üç Adalar Underwater Diving Center. It is also 70 km far from Antalya Airport, 60 km from Antalya City Center and 15 km from Kemer. This land has been given over to MARTI GYO (REIT) by the Government until 2037 with permanent and independent rights and it is possible to extend this period 49 years more after the first period is over.
Martı Myra has 3 and 4 levels 30 accommodation blocks, 1 VIP block, 1 tower block, 2 employee blocks, restaurant areas, lobby area, administrative areas, bar areas, game-activity areas, swimming pools and marina structures. Besides being next to the sea, Martı Myra is nested with the forest as one goes farther away from the sea.
In accommodation blocks, there are 36 m2 of 345 standard rooms and 38 m2 of 119 deluxe rooms. 6 of the deluxe rooms are family deluxe, 32 of them are for non-smokers and 81 of them are family rooms. In VIP block, there are 6 units called vacation club suites that have 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room. In the Tower Block, there is 1 presidential suite. This suite has 2 large living rooms, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. In the facility, there are 4 rooms that are prepared for the people with disabilities.
The facility also has a restaurant with 300 people capacity, a pool bar with 400 people capacity, open dinning area for 350 people, a multi-purpose hall for 400 people, meeting rooms with different capacities, a game room, a la carte and snack bar, an amphitheater, a Turkish bath, 2 saunas, a Jacuzzi, a fitness center, a vitamin bar, basketball and volleyball areas, 3 tennis courts, children’s club, water sports and men-women hairdressers.
Myra has natural conditions especially suitable for summer tourism. It has a variety of conveniences like indoor and open swimming pools, fitness center, sauna, Turkish bath, diving, mini club etc. and Ultra Everything Included system is offered. As Myra is one of the first tourist facilities in Tekirova region, it is a well-known brand and it makes a very positive contribution to the image of Martı Group.
Due to all the features, the occupancy rate of the facility is one of the highest in the region. As the customer satisfaction is very high, the visitors who stayed in Myra once are coming back to stay in the facility.
The telpher line that is constructed on Tahtalı Mountain in Kemer will be completed soon and the tourism in Kemer will become livelier when that line opens for service. As there are no accommodation facilities around the mountain, facilities like Myra will be affected positively from these developments. It is planned to renovate and modernize Martı Myra in 2010 and 2013 with an investment of 4,400,000 USD.
Martı Myra is operated by Martı Hotel Operations on lease of a revenue-generating asset basis. The fair market value of this facility that was determined by TSKB Real Estate Evaluating in 31.12.2008 with cost approach method is 98,172,000 TL.
ii. Martı Marina
The marina is built on a total land of 27.060 m2 and was purchased from Bay Marina Operations in 1999. Marina is 25 km far from Marmaris, 115 km from International Dalaman Airport and this provides a big advantage for the facility. Marina has a capacity of 301 floating yachts and 70 yachts ashore.
As a result of having a blue flag and the growth of the yachting tourism in the region significantly, the demand for Martı Marina has been increasing every year. The yachts are constantly checked to prevent any release of waste materials etc. in the marina and the required measuring of sea water is done once a week and the results are sent to the relevant institutions for keeping the blue flag.

There is a ship hoist with 60 tons capacity to get the yachts to the land. The waste waters of the facility are discharged with a waste water pumping system. There is also a drainage facility for the ejection of the dirty drainage water in the yachts. Repair- maintenance services in the marina are provided by our contractors. Other services offered in the marina are taking down/putting up poles, diving, accumulator charge, washing, deck cleaning, internal cleaning of boats, drainage cleaning, polishing, poisonous paint, waste oil collection and drainage discharging.
Club Mistral restaurant in Martı Marina not only provides services to the marina customers, but also attracts a wide customer crowd around Marmaris with its Mediterranean foods and good-quality service.
