Organization Chart

With our Board of Directors’ decision no. 378, dated 07.09.2006, “Management System Manual”, with decision no. 382, dated 11.10.2006, “Corporation Management Principles”, and “Ethical Rules and Professional Principles” were accepted, and it was ensured that the concerned Manuals are distributed and applied in all levels of the Company. Furthermore, the texts related to the Martı GYO (REIT) Investment Policy, and the Public Information Policy were accepted with decision no. 387, dated 02.11.2006, and these texts were distributed by the General Management to the relevant levels of the Company, and ensured that they are abided by and applied.

The Company has developed the following units indicated in an organization diagram in accordance with the text on Martı GYO (REIT) Organizational Structure adopted upon a Board of Directors Resolution No. 387 dated November 02, 2006, and the policies and principles laid down in the Martı Management System Manual, with a view to defining the management system, structuring procedures and managerial agencies.




MARTI REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
A) Objective and Scope:
The Company defines the methods of constructing the management system, and the administrative bodies in accordance with the policies and principles specified in the MARTI ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE document, and the MARTI MANAGEMENT SYSTEM MANUAL.

B) The units of a company that form its organizations structure are as follows :
1 Board of Directors,
2 General Manager,
3 Units for Center of Management,
  - Legal and Corporate Communication Management,
  - Finance and Accounting Management,
  - Business Development and Marketing Management,
  - Physical Planning and Project Management.

C) The company’s highest body for decision making, management, and representation s the Board of Directors. It is fundamental for the Board of Directors to be involved with Company work at the most efficient level, to keep the Company's operations and performance under continuous observation, and to evaluate them.

D) The person in charge of the Company’s guidance, implementation, application, and coordination is the General Manager.

E) The Company’s main decision and management functions are carried out by the Board of Directors, and the General Manager in accordance with the decisions and directives of the Board of Directors.

F) The General Manager’s closest work team is the Management Center Department Managers.

G) The Management Center is grouped in terms of its areas of function, the management of main operations to preserve the integrity in the Implementation and Application processes, to keep efficiency dynamic at all times, and to create a rapid work flow.

H) The person authorized to create sub work groups, to assign tasks, and to organize work within the departments of the Management Center is the General Manager. The General Manager may assign this authority to the department manager.

İ) The individual specification of Management Center Departments’ areas of duty and authorities does not eliminate the sharing of authority and liability in mutual matters, or work which are closely related or which complete each other.

J) Managers and management units act in continuous relationship, coordination, and cooperation with each other, and ensure that information flow is reliable, quick, and efficient.

K) Care is taken to implement and complete operations by means of establishing a team, or a strategic work unit in mutual matters.
