Our Human Resources Policy
As MARTI GYO (REIT), we have been primarily investing on people from the day we were established and we focus on applications that will support our institutional values and activities that will develop our human resources. We make sure to reflect this understanding to all our employees in all our applications from the day we recruit them.

Our human resources policies involve the principles that should be followed by our employees and our company in order for our employees to work at a secure and healthy workplace, create a harmonious job environment for them to be more effective and for the employees to gain an outlook that “links performance to growth and people”.

1. In achieving MART REIT’s mission, vision and goals, it is essential to recruit the human resources that have the required qualities and ability to develop and to constantly motivate our existing well-qualified human resources.

2. The primary principles of our policy are creating a “total quality comprehension” among our employees, providing the employees with trainings for quality betterment, getting feedback about these trainings, determining the career and performance development strategies, giving the employees equal opportunities and avoiding discrimination, employees commitment to work regulations and work honestly, their fulfilling the requirements of teamwork and institution culture, their abidance of the ethical codes, being aware of the legal responsibilities that may raise from wrong doing, their abidance of the discipline regulations and know about the sanctions if the regulations are violated, providing solutions to complaints and employee’s awareness of customer rights and responsibilities, working with employees that respect the laws and providing constant feedbacks about this issues.

3. Efficiently and effectively carrying all MARTI GYO (REIT) employees to the highest level of their competence is our primary goal.

4. The required training, orientation and motivation activities are done in order to provide employees with personal development and commitment to MARTI GYO (REIT).

5. When recruiting new employees for an empty position, it is essential to choose somebody who has the most suitable qualities for that position. The employees already working for MARTI GYO (REIT) are evaluated first.

6. When a job candidate is recruited, the other tasks that the person may promote to and his/her development skill is also considered by Human Resources Department in order to provide a basis for the career planning work that will be conducted by the Department. In order to achieve this goal, some techniques like written-oral exam and character tests are given to the job candidates and the results are evaluated carefully.

7. Recruiting is only done by Human Resources Department following the “Recruitment Procedure”. Another department or manager cannot recruit new employees for MARTI GYO (REIT).

8. The employees that hold a management position are responsible for carrying the employees that they are in charge of to the level so that those employees can do their job efficiently and effectively, and providing orientations and trainings to the new employees who are going to take their place if they decide to quit the job or they promote to another job.

9. A person who has a mandatory service obligation to another company cannot work in MARTI GYO (REIT).
