MARTI GYO (REIT) will always in search of new real estate projects to enrich its portfolio. When evaluating the project alternatives, the company will both pay attention to the areas that are experienced and invested before, and is also planning to work on different real estate alternatives that are not on its portfolio like shopping centers. MARTI GYO (REIT) is planning to invest on the Resort hotels in southern and south western Turkey. The company continues to study on this issue and also is evaluating some alternatives that are offered by other parties. The company also does searches and feasibility studies on Turkey’s cultural tourism and city hotel operations, and parallel to this, is planning to increase its capacity within the next five years. With the planned investments, Martı Group will continue its growth in tourism, its main focus, and also add new, prestigious facilities to its real estate investments.
